Talent Manager (Recruiter), Managed Solutions Benelux


Robert Half is looking for a Talent Manager (Recruiter) to join the Managed Solutions Benelux team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline management for Managed Solutions engagements, supporting the partnership with our consultancy firm Protiviti. You will work closely with the Delivery team and report into the Manager Delivery.


Role Overview

As Talent Manager, you will own the recruitment lifecycle for Managed Solutions demand: translating project needs into talent profiles, building and maintaining talent pools, and ensuring timely placements. You play a critical role in ensuring Managed Solutions projects are staffed with the right skills, at the right time, and with the right people.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for Managed Solutions roles across Benelux.
* Source, screen, and interview consultants and contractors for project-based assignments.
* Translate project and client requirements into clear candidate profiles.
* Build and maintain active talent pipelines across key domains (e.g. Audit & Risk, Finance, IT, HR,…).
* Proactively engage with talent to ensure readiness and availability.

Stakeholder & Intake Management

* Partner closely with Managed Solutions Delivery to understand current and upcoming hiring needs.
* Support intake discussions with Protiviti and clients by asking relevant technical and functional questions.
* Provide realistic market insights on availability, rates, and skill supply.

Candidate Management & Placement

* Prepare and present high-quality candidate profiles to stakeholders.
* Coordinate interviews, feedback, and decision-making processes.
* Coach candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
* Support onboarding, compliance, and start-date coordination.

Consultant Experience & Retention

* Act as a trusted point of contact for candidates and placed consultants.
* Maintain regular contact with consultants to support engagement and retention.
* Support redeployment of consultants between Managed Solutions assignments.


Profile & Qualifications

* 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, preferably in consulting, professional services, or contracting environments.
* Strong interest in project-based hiring and contractor recruitment.
* Experience with (international) direct search is a big plus.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
* Experience recruiting freelancers or consultants is a strong plus.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; good knowledge of French.
* Willingness to travel occasionally within the Benelux.
