Your Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing system during the Windows 11 migration
Document solutions and procedures to build a shared knowledge base
Maintain clear and friendly communication with users and provide timely feedback
Collaborate closely with IT teams to resolve migration-related issues efficiently
Job Requirements
Demonstrable experience in Windows migrations
Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role
Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude
Communicative, proactive, and able to work autonomously
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune) is required
