Main Responsibilities:

* The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits administration for approximately 80 employees, including working closely with external partners.
* This individual will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee data and ensuring compliance with relevant tax and social legislation.
* A key aspect of this position involves providing excellent customer service, serving as a first point of contact for employees with HR-related queries and concerns.
* The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding, and promotion processes.
* This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* In addition, we are seeking someone who can effectively communicate company policies and procedures to employees.
