At Telenet, we continuously evolve our product portfolio and underlying systems to ensure customers benefit from the best available solutions for their digital needs in- or outside their home or small business.
This also means that products, pricing models or hardware are regularly phased out or changed, requiring customers to be migrated to our new and improved solutions.
As Project Manager Marketing in the Transformers team, your role is to define and drive the end-to-end go-to-market approach for these mandatory changes—ensuring they are implemented in the best possible way for the customer by being operationally ready, clear to customers, and minimising churn.
Your responsibilities as a Project Manager Marketing
1. Own the end-to-end rollout of transformation topics
You take full ownership of how mandatory changes (migrations, price adjustments, product stops) are brought to the existing customer base, ensuring strong execution across all touchpoints.
2. Define the go-to-market approach for mandatory changes
You determine the best approach to bring these changes to customers—defining channels, journeys and required customer actions and communications.
3. Shape data-driven targeting and approach
You define the data strategy, identify required data points and lead segmentation, targeting and positioning to tailor the approach to different customer groups.
4. Translate complexity into execution
You convert technical, product and legal constraints into a clear, structured and executable rollout approach.
5. Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys
You collaborate with CX, Customer Operations and Data teams to remove friction, reduce complexity and improve the overall customer experience.
6. Act as central orchestrator across teams
You ensure consistent execution by aligning Product, IT, Legal, CRM/Data, Customer Operations and Campaign teams around one clear rollout plan.
7. Drive operational readiness
You make sure all involved teams, channels and processes are fully ready before launch.
8. Manage customer and business impact
You monitor customer understanding, contact drivers and churn risk, and continuously adjust the approach to keep customers on board despite difficult changes.
