Responsibilities
* Automate data ingestion, transformation and storage workflows
* Ensure high availability and scalability of data pipelines to meet evolving business requirements
* Develop and maintain Extract, Transform, load (ETL) processes for integration data from sources like flat files, databases and API’s
* Get familiar with tools like BOOMI to support the data sourcing and transformation
* Maintain high data quality standards, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and consistency of data across all systems
* Collaborate with technical lead data and business analysts to design data models that enable advanced analytical and machine learning applications
* Optimize data structures for performance, scalability, ensuring efficient querying and reporting
* Develop efficient database queries, indexing strategies and ensure data integrity
* Monitor the pipelines and infrastructure for performance, issues and bottlenecks
* Continuously optimize processes and infrastructure to improve performance, reduce costs and enhance scalability
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, technical lead data and applications and business product owners) to develop end-to-end data solutions
* Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standup and retrospectives
* Document data architecture, pipelines and workflows to ensure transparency and maintainability
* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to confirm solutions and reporting meet requirements
* Document and resolve discrepancies found during testing
* Analyze tickets raised through service now and provide personalized support and guidance to users
* Manage proper communication with the users and assure them in a polite & calm way
* Resolve tickets taking into account implemented SLA’s
* Gather feedback post-implementation to identify areas for improvement
* Proactively identify inefficiencies in reporting and implement effective solutions
* Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative practices
* Analyze current reports and processes to identify inefficiencies
