Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Officer Role Overview: We ARE seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to support recruitment activities within a Fleet Department environment. In this role, you will focus on attracting, engaging, and hiring senior-level engineering professionals and highly specialized technical talent to support complex international operations. You will act as a strategic recruitment partner, managing complex hiring processes while providing valuable market insights and talent intelligence. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and specialized engineering profiles. • Proactively source and headhunt highly educated technical professionals, including Civil Engineers and Project Managers. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-demand positions. • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define recruitment strategies. • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence reporting. • Provide salary benchmarking and insights into talent market trends. • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and support employer branding initiatives. • Track candidate engagement, referrals, and recruitment activity through structured reporting. Qualifications & Experience: • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within both agency and corporate environments. • Strong headhunting experience for senior-level technical and engineering profiles. • Experience recruiting engineering professionals is highly preferred. • Demonstrated success managing recruitment processes for candidates with 20 years of experience. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience within engineering, industrial, offshore, maritime, construction, energy, or project-based environments is an advantage. • Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken). Additional Info: • Full-time preferred, though 3/5 or 4/5 schedules can be considered. • Initially on-site in Antwerp; hybrid working may be discussed after onboarding. • Initial contract duration of 4 months with a strong likelihood of extension.
