Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a AI Chatbot Developer for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian health insurance domain.
Context
Within a Digital Health Services program, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant Developer. The assignment focuses on the design and development of a Virtual Assistant chatbot integrated into an online self-service platform. This Virtual Assistant is intended not only to provide information, but also to enable users to carry out administrative actions directly through conversational interactions.
The mission is carried out in an Agile (Scrum) environment and involves the delivery of multiple projects and functional enhancements related to the Virtual Assistant, from analysis and design through to implementation and testing.
Role & responsibilities
* Implementing functional and technical requirements based on Epics, User Stories, and other Agile artifacts
* Working according to the Scrum methodology, in close collaboration with business representatives, solution architects, and analysts/testers
* Communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure priorities and expectations are clearly understood
* Proposing technical improvements and defending them with the solution architect
* Supporting analysts and testers during functional testing
* Analysing integrations with external systems and third-party solutions
* Translating functional analyses into technical designs
* Collaborating with the solution architect on application installation and operational follow-up
* Producing clear and concise technical documentation without unnecessary complexity
Qualifications
Your profile
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a critical mindset
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Quality-oriented, accurate, and pragmatic (“no-nonsense” mentality)
* Comfortable working under pressure
* Proactive, results-driven, and dynamic
* Strong communication skills in a multi-stakeholder environment
* Native Dutch or French, with a good command of English (mandatory)
Technical skills
* Very strong expertise in AWS Bedrock (AgentCore)
* Very strong knowledge of Quarkus, particularly for MCP servers
* Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
* Experience analysing and implementing system integrations
* Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence would be considered an asset
