What You'll Do:
1. Team up with welcoming colleagues to keep our state-of-the-art cleanrooms sanitized and up to high standards.
2. Clean, disinfect, and maintain equipment and materials with care, following clear guidelines.
3. Sterilize production areas to ensure a germ-free environment for life-changing biotech products.
4. Assist process operators to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
5. Safely transport materials and products between cleanrooms, ensuring top quality.
6. Follow step-by-step protocols to support the production of treatments that transform lives.
7. Wear protective gear (gowning) to maintain a sterile workspace.
Profiel
Who We're Looking For:
8. You’re fluent in English to communicate effectively in an international team (all training and communication are in English).
9. You’re a team player who also works well independently with a focus on accuracy.
10. You’re eager to learn and comfortable following detailed procedures to ensure quality and safety.
11. You’re flexible with shift work, including early/late hours and weekends.
12. You value order, cleanliness, and take pride in completing tasks thoroughly.
13. You have basic computer skills (., using email, Microsoft Teams, creating/saving documents).
14. Any cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll teach you everything you need!
