NEXEO is currently looking for a Cluster Scrum Master for a mission based in Brussels, with a hybrid working setup (50% on-site / 50% remote).
You will join a major banking environment within BNP Paribas Fortis, in the Daily Banking Tribe, specifically within the Cards & Cash cluster .
Mission Overview
As a Cluster Scrum Master, you will play a key leadership role across multiple Agile squads (6 squads), ensuring end-to-end delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement at cluster level.
You will work closely with the Cluster Product Owner and be part of the Tribe Leadership Team, contributing to strategic initiatives such as the ESTREEM program, aiming to transform card issuing and payment ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Coordination
* Drive and coordinate end-to-end delivery (development, testing, release, post-production) across the cluster
* Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and cross-squad alignment
* Maintain and manage the cluster delivery roadmap
* Ensure alignment with architecture and strategic initiatives
Agile Leadership & Facilitation
* Act as a servant leader supporting squads and Scrum Masters
* Facilitate cluster ceremonies (refinement sessions, delivery boards)
* Remove impediments at cluster level
* Encourage autonomy, ownership, and collaboration across teams
Stakeholder Management
* Act as a bridge between business and IT
* Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the tribe and beyond
* Provide clear reporting on delivery progress and risks
* Manage complex dependencies and inter-tribe interactions
Continuous Improvement
* Drive Agile maturity and best practices across the cluster
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Contribute to the overall performance and efficiency of the tribe
Leadership Role
* Act as a spokesperson for the cluster alongside the Product Owner
* Influence decision-making at tribe level
* Support strategic initiatives, including multi-year transformation programs
Profile Required
* Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, IT) or equivalent experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile environments (Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Delivery Lead)
* Proven experience in multi-team / large-scale Agile environments xphnsxz
* Strong ability to bridge business and IT
Technical & Domain Knowledge
* Understanding of cards issuing, payments, or cash management is a strong asset
* Ability to quickly grasp complex product ecosystems
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and scaling practices
