about the job
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in building prado's future team. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define the right profiles, and manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and attracting candidates to creating a best-in-class candidate experience.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-growing environment where not everything is carved in stone. You'll have the freedom and responsibility to help shape how we recruit — from optimizing processes to selecting and implementing our first ATS.
You'll work closely with the HR Manager & HRBP and business leaders to build, professionalize, and scale the recruitment engine that will support prado's ambitious growth plans for 2026 and beyond.
what you'll do
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles (technical, production, engineering, sales, and HQ positions).
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
* Source proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
* Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout.
* Train and coach hiring managers in interview techniques and recruitment best practices.
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position prado as an employer of choice in design & technology
* Take the lead in building and optimizing recruitment processes — from workflows to tooling (including the selection and setup of our first ATS).
* Support our international hiring efforts as we continue expanding across Europe and beyond.
* Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth and engaging integration into the company.
* Track recruitment metrics and share insights for continuous improvement and scalability.
what we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment (e.g. scale-up, consulting, or FMCG).
* Experience with international hiring is a strong plus.
* Strong track record in direct sourcing and stakeholder management.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (any additional language is a plus).
* Digital savvy, with interest in HR systems and tools; experience with ATS setup or optimisation is a plus.
* A proactive, structured, and collaborative approach — you love building, improving, and connecting people.
* Passion for design, technology, or manufacturing is a plus
