The Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless support of various departments. They oversee all administrative operations, guaranteeing efficient coordination and management.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Operations: Lead daily services including office facilities, staff housing, transportation, catering, and workplace safety. Coordinate outsourced services to ensure high-quality support.
* Policy & Process Management: Develop and refine administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with corporate and local regulations.
* Budget Oversight: Manage financial resources and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective use of assets.
* Procurement & Compliance: Support procurement processes and ensure compliance with regulations. Develop strong relationships with reliable suppliers.
* External Engagement: Maintain communication with public authorities and stay up-to-date on policy developments affecting operations.
* Team Leadership: Build and mentor a capable administrative team, focusing on professional development and performance excellence.
Candidate Qualifications & Preferences
* Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles within corporate, academic, or research environments is highly valued.
