Function After an intensive training-on-the-job period, as a Sales Assistant: You will manage the full sales cycle (follow up on leads, negotiation, setting up offers, follow up after sales agreement) You will be responsible for marketing and communication activities in the frame of business development (news letters, mailings, etc.) You will be responsible for business development (exploring new markets and opportunities worldwide) You will draw up sales procedures in cooperation with the Sales Manager You will be responsible for administration, for example in the frame of updating and maintaining the data in the CRM tool You will build and maintain excellent client relations You will visit fairs three times per year in the USA, Europe and in Asia You will report to the Sales Manager Profile You have a Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent by experience You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience Passionate about improvement, you continuously focus on developing your skills Your focus on service and results rapidly creates loyal clients You easily sell your ideas with your engaging and persuasive communication Your competitive attitude helps you find commercial leads and turn them into business Good results give you a kick, only the best is good enough and the sky is the limit.
