Function
After an intensive training-on-the-job period, as a Sales Assistant:
* You will manage the full sales cycle (follow up on leads, negotiation, setting up offers, follow up after sales agreement)
* You will be responsible for marketing and communication activities in the frame of business development (news letters, mailings, etc.)
* You will be responsible for business development (exploring new markets and opportunities worldwide)
* You will draw up sales procedures in cooperation with the Sales Manager
* You will be responsible for administration, for example in the frame of updating and maintaining the data in the CRM tool
* You will build and maintain excellent client relations
* You will visit fairs three times per year in the USA, Europe and in Asia
* You will report to the Sales Manager
Profile
* You have a Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent by experience
* You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
* Passionate about improvement, you continuously focus on developing your skills
* Your focus on service and results rapidly creates loyal clients
* You easily sell your ideas with your engaging and persuasive communication
* Your competitive attitude helps you find commercial leads and turn them into business
* Good results give you a kick, only the best is good enough and the sky is the limit.
* Knowledge of CRM Tools is an asset
* You are fluent in English and Dutch. Additional language skills are an asset
