🚀 Nexeo is looking for an Agile Product Owner – Digital Channels
To support a major digital transformation within customer and employee-facing channels (Web & Mobile), we are looking for an experienced Agile Product Owner to join a Channels & Customer Experience tribe.
You will operate in a fully agile environment, acting as the voice of the customer and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-value digital solutions across multiple domains (Daily Banking, Lending, Investments, Insurance).

* Hybrid working model: 50% onsite / 50% remote.
* Exposure to large-scale digital channels (Web & Mobile).
* A key role combining product vision, stakeholder management and agile delivery.
Your role
As an Agile Product Owner, you will:
* Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
* Build, manage and continuously prioritize the Product Backlog.
* Ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
* Plan iterations and define priorities to maximize business value delivery.
* Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Demos, Test Labs).
* Guarantee product consistency, quality and functional coherence.
* Act as decision-maker or functional authority on delivered features.
* Adjust sprint scope when needed and ensure overall product alignment.
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
* 2 to 6 years of relevant experience as Product Owner / Functional Analyst in Agile environments.
* Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum mindset is essential).
* Experience in Project & Budget Management.
* Knowledge of complex business environments.
* Experience in digital projects (Web & Mobile).
* Banking sector knowledge is a plus.
* Product Owner certification is an advantage.
