Marketing Manager – Benelux Region

Reports to: Regional Marketing Director
An established international consumer brand is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand and product marketing activities across the Benelux region. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for shaping regional brand direction, delivering integrated campaigns, and leading a small marketing team to drive awareness, engagement and commercial growth across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute the regional brand and product strategy, adapting international direction to local market needs. You will oversee media and advertising budgets, manage integrated campaigns, and act as the regional lead on brand, product and consumer marketing topics.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement regional brand and product marketing strategy
* Deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns aligned with commercial priorities
* Drive product positioning, launches and promotional activities
* Support retail and trade marketing initiatives and in-store activations
* Lead events, partnerships and brand activations across the Benelux region
* Manage local social media and digital campaign localisation
* Analyse market, consumer and campaign performance data to optimise activity
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, e-commerce, customer service and content teams
* Lead, coach and develop a small regional marketing team
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Expertise
* Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role
* Strong background in brand management, integrated campaigns and product marketing
* Experience working with premium or consumer-facing brands
* Proven success in retail/trade marketing and consumer activation
* Comfortable operating within an international or matrix organisation
* Strong commercial awareness with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Skills & Attributes
* Strong leadership and people management capability
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, decentralised environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English and Dutch/Flemish; French is an advantage
* Willingness to travel regularly within Belgium and the Netherlands
