As our Customer Success Manager, you are the bridge between a \"signed contract\" and a \"power user.\" You’ll ensure our customers don’t just buy uman, they fall in love with it because it transforms how they work.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Ghent. You will be the face of uman for our customers after the initial sale. Your mission is two-fold: leading seamless onboarding for new clients and proactively nurturing existing relationships to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
What you’ll do
* Lead the launch: Own the onboarding process, guiding sales teams through their first weeks with uman to ensure a fast \"time-to-value.\"
* Be the trusted advisor: Conduct regular check-ins and Business Reviews with stakeholders to ensure they are meeting their KPIs using our platform. .
* Drive adoption: Monitor usage data to spot accounts that need a little extra love and proactively intervene with training or strategy shifts.
* Bridge the gap: Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into new features.
* Retention & expansion: Manage renewals and identify opportunities where uman can add even more value within existing accounts.
What we’re looking for
* 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation (ideally in B2B SaaS).
* Medior Mindset: You’ve mastered the basics and are ready to take full ownership of a portfolio.
* Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a significant plus).
* Relationship Builder: You speak the language of sales reps on the floor and act as a credible sparring partner for C-level executives.
* Data-Informed: You’re comfortable looking at adoption metrics to tell a story and drive your daily actions.
* A scale-up mindset: You’re comfortable with ambiguity, quick to adapt, and energized by rapid growth.
