We assist clients in managing risks across their operations with solutions in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, and Compliance, including assessment, transformation, and process efficiency in areas like finance, supply chain, internal audit, regulatory compliance, third-party risk, IT risk, organizational change, and strategic direction.
We are seeking a Senior Consultant Enterprise Risk to support our growth and help clients in Risk Management.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Identify, evaluate, and manage risks, focusing on sustainability and AI.
* Prepare, execute, and report Internal Audits, reviewing internal controls and recommending improvements.
* Develop Risk-Based Internal Audit Plans.
* Improve Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, including risk assessments.
* Implement Internal Control environments (COSO, SOX, JSOX).
* Review compliance management frameworks to ensure regulatory adherence.
You will execute these tasks independently, supported by a manager, and review junior colleagues' work.
Your Profile
* Master's degree in economics or engineering preferred.
* 2-5 years of experience in audit, risk management, or process optimization.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
* Strong analytical skills; data analytics experience is a plus.
* Curious with a critical mindset.
* Team player, autonomous worker.
* Willing to travel occasionally.
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
