We are looking for a driven and hands-on Process Team Manager to lead a team of 8 process professionals within a fast-growing transformation environment. This is a key leadership role where you will help shape how change is structured, prioritized, and delivered across the organization.
The context
The organization is in an early but rapidly maturing transformation phase, where structure, governance, and prioritization are being built and refined.
You will play a central role in:
* Bringing structure to a fast-evolving change landscape
* Translating strategic change requests into actionable roadmaps
* Balancing short-term business demands with long-term process stability
* Helping define how process excellence is embedded across the company
Your role
As Process Team Manager, you will:
* Lead and coach a team of ~8 process analysts and consultants
* Drive a strong people management and 1-to-1 coaching culture
* Define, prioritize, and steer process roadmaps together with Product Owners
* Ensure alignment between team delivery and company-wide transformation goals
* Act as a bridge between team execution, business stakeholders, and transformation leadership
* Oversee governance and ensure consistency in change and process initiatives
* Support structuring of “build” vs. “core process” domains (e.g. billing & collections)
* Manage stakeholder expectations at senior business level with fast-moving demands
* Help mature the change governance framework currently being implemented
* Balance hands-on involvement with strategic oversight
What we are looking for 🎯
* Strong people management experience (team leadership is essential)
* Background in change management or transformation environments
* Ability to operate between operational, tactical, and strategic levels
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior business stakeholders
* Experience in prioritization and roadmap definition
* Structured mindset with the ability to bring clarity in complex environments
* Hands-on, pragmatic approach (not purely theoretical)
* Strong communication and coaching skills
* Experience in process-related environments is a strong plus
Nice to have
* Experience in telecom / large-scale operational environments
* Knowledge of BPMN or process frameworks
* Experience working in fast-scaling or transformation-heavy organizations
* Dutch language skills
