The Role
As Senior Sourcing Manager – Preclinical, you will lead sourcing strategies and vendor partnerships for non-clinical pharmacology, toxicology, and bioanalytical work. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decisions and ensure high-quality, cost-effective services that accelerate development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company vision.
* Lead vendor selection and contract negotiations for preclinical services.
* Build and maintain strong partner relationships and governance processes.
* Monitor vendor markets and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
* Ensure compliance and inspection-readiness across all sourcing activities.
Experience & Qualifications:
* M.Sc. or Ph.D. in scientific or business discipline.
* 5+ years pharma-related experience, including 3+ years multinational outsourcing.
* Proven experience with CROs and external laboratory vendors.
* Strong knowledge of GxP requirements and contract management.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
