For this role, we welcome candidates from different professional backgrounds. You may have worked in food production, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, or another structured environment where hygiene, procedures and responsibility were essential. Or you may not yet have experience in pharma, but you do bring a stable work history, strong motivation and long-term potential.
You will work in a clean, modern and highly regulated environment, supporting the preparation of treatments that can improve the lives of patients with serious and life-threatening diseases. No previous pharmaceutical experience is required, we provide thorough training from the start.
What will you do?
1. Help maintain a clean, safe and controlled laboratory environment.
2. Clean and sterilize materials and equipment according to strict procedures.
3. Work in protective clothing and follow all quality and safety guidelines.
4. Collaborate closely with colleagues, always keeping quality, safety and accuracy as top priorities.
Profiel

5. Have experience in food production, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, or another hygiene-driven or process-oriented environment, or

7. Live nearby and can easily reach the site (also without public transport).

9. Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
10. Work accurately, cleanly and in a structured manner.

12. Are flexible and willing to work in shifts.

16. Work in a 3-shift regime, while being comfortable rotating across all nine possible shifts:
17. 6:00–16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00 + future night shift.
18. We have collective leave: 6 days in summer and 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.
19. After six months, depending on your performance, the opportunity for a permanent contract, including group and health insurance and other benefits.
