For one of our partners, we are looking for an Expansion Manager to strengthen their growth strategy in Belgium.

Your mission
As Expansion Manager, you play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and securing new strategic locations across Belgium.
Your responsibilities include:
* Identifying and prospecting potential locations in collaboration with real estate agents, property owners, and municipalities
* Negotiating lease agreements in a win-win approach, ensuring sustainable partnerships with landlords
* Managing relations with local authorities and following up on necessary permits or approvals
* Ensuring new locations meet both commercial and operational requirements (visibility, accessibility, cost-effectiveness)
* Being part of a collaborative team, driven by results and positive impact
What we are looking for
* A first experience in real estate, expansion, business development or negotiation
* Strong communication & networking skills
* A proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach
* Affinity with fieldwork and a good knowledge of the Belgian market
* Language skills: Dutch and/or French with a good level of English
