We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Lead to join our team in Brussels. The primary focus of this role is to support the adoption and cultural transformation around Microsoft 365 (M365) suite within our organization. The Change Lead will be responsible for leading the change management efforts that drive the successful implementation of M365 tools and associated cultural shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the execution of a comprehensive 5-track change management plan focused on Training, Communication, and Hackathons.
* Drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 tools within the organization by addressing the cultural challenges and leadership dynamics.
* Develop and implement effective change management strategies to foster a positive organizational culture and ensure successful M365 integration.
* Design and deliver communication plans to engage and inform key stakeholders across the organization.
* Lead and facilitate training programs that support the adoption of M365 tools.
* Work closely with leadership to align change management efforts with organizational goals and values.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams and departments to ensure smooth adoption and usage of M365 tools.
* Collaborate with internal teams to assess the effectiveness of the change management plan and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
* Basic understanding of the full M365 suite (no deep technical expertise required).
* Proven experience in change management, particularly in relation to culture, leadership, and communication strategies.
* Strong expertise in driving cultural transformation within an organization.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English (mandatory).
* Proficiency in either French or Dutch (mandatory).
