Job Description
Client is looking for a senior project manager to ensure the coordination and organisation of these different projects while being involved in the definition of solutions as an expert.
Mission Objective
* The objective of this mission is to ensure the Project Management for the implementation of the CFe project (Classification of Employee Functions), part 3 of the AGV project and Talent Management projects, to support negotiations with the trade unions and to participate in the definition of the functional and technical solutions of the projects.
* Project management includes the organization of projects from their preparation phase to their production launch (methodology, plans, teams, etc.) as well as the management of the various workshops and the monitoring/coordination of the various activities (actions, open points, risks, etc.) at each phase of these projects.
* The Project Manager will work directly for the Reward & Performance team and for the Talent Acquisition & Development team in close collaboration with the Business Analysts who are part of the HR Business Integrated Solutions team, the process owners, the key users, the IT department, the Finance department (mainly for the AGV P3 project) and the internal communication department for the change management part.
In particular:
* The scope of the CFe project (Classification of Employee Functions) includes, among other things, the definition of new classification, remuneration and evaluation systems, the establishment of new Collective Labour Agreements (CBAs), and the implementation of new systems within the client.
* The technical and functional scope of the CFe (Classification of Employee Functions) project covers, among other things, the adaptation of the management of functions (Org. Management), the implementation of a new remuneration model and the automation of remuneration within the framework of the existing administrative measures in SAP-S/4 HR as well as the implementation of the evaluation process within the Performance Management module of SAP SuccessFactors.
* The scope of the AGV P3 project includes the definition of the new regulations, the establishment of the new CBAs and the implementation of the new regulations within the client.
* The scope of Talent projects includes the implementation of skills matrices in all HR processes, the development of talent preview and succession management for executives and executives, etc. but also the redesign and digitization in SAP SF of all Talent Acquisition and Development processes in an overall, coordinated vision that defines the strategy and priorities in accordance with the expectations set in the business plan and respecting budget constraints.
