Position Summary
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Athens. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to business partners, including travel agencies and corporate clients.
The role primarily involves managing partner inquiries via email (approximately 80%), as well as handling phone communication (approximately 20%). The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Respond to partner inquiries regarding travel bookings, ticketing, and related services.
* Assist with modifications, cancellations, and refund processing.
* Handle ticket issuance and service bookings through internal systems.
* Provide support for group travel requests, including quotations and coordination.
* Manage loyalty program services, such as mileage registration and ticket upgrades.
* Process name corrections and booking updates.
* Handle special service requests, including medical assistance when required.
* Resolve complex cases, including booking changes caused by schedule adjustments.
* Ensure accurate case tracking and maintain proper documentation in internal systems.
Required Qualifications
* Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or higher).
* Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
* Higher education or high school diploma with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with high accuracy.
