The Global Engineering & technology (GET) organization operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance&Reliability and Execution Systems activities.

For the GET maintenance & Reliability dept. we are recruiting for a Reliability Engineer for the Beerse Site, Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
As a Reliability Engineer, you play a key role in driving reliability performance of our systems, manufacturing equipment, and processes. Your work directly maximizes uptime, operational performance, and overall efficiency. You collaborate closely with Maintenance Engineering, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to drive improvements and prevent issues before they occur. In this role, you report to the Maintenance & Reliability Site Lead and contribute as an essential member of the BU Maintenance team.
Develop a long-term vision and plan for manufacturing equipment reliability performance improvement
boost the deepening of maintenance plans & spare parts list by a systematic approach to identify potential failure modes and their consequences. (FMECA)
Drive an integrated risk management approach for EHSS, Quality and technical reliability, capture it in the 5YARP (5 year asset replacement plan) and translate it towards projects in the Long Range Financial Plan.
Cultivate a metric driven organization steered by KPI and be the point of contact to discuss these with GET Global functions.
Lead and facilitate root cause analysis (FRACAS) related to technical problems in close collaboration with technicians/engineers and other departments.
Qualifications, Experience And Skills
A technical degree or equal to experience and a strong interest in all aspects of maintenance & reliability. Preferred fields of study are Engineering or Science, although the job description is open to any motivated professional.
Through communicative and interpersonal skills manage to work together as a team player, contributing to an energetic work environment in various levels of the organisation.
An innovative drive to make the difference and achieve results. Combination of analytical and technical skills to understand and solve complex issues as well as derive related business needs.
Decisiveness, brainpower and drive to deal with various issues and projects simultaneously.
Experience in application of different maintenance strategies.
Able to collaborate with others using both Dutch and English.
