* Scout, secure and negotiate land agreements
* Build relationships with municipalities, landowners and authorities
* Manage permitting processes with technical, legal and financial teams
* Oversee project planning, risks, milestones and documentation
* Represent projects during public consultations and stakeholder meetings
* Drive project advancement until full feasibility
* Min. 4 years in renewable project development or complex infrastructure
* Experience across the full lifecycle of a multi‑year project
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and planning skills
* Master's degree (engineering, business, project management) or equivalent
* Fluent French + good English (Dutch is a plus)
* Autonomous, resilient, structured and persuasive
