Context
Company, through its 8 divisions, provides a number of services to the various departments of SPW: operation of systems and solutions, management and coordination of IT application development and maintenance projects, provision of IT services, management of various service providers within the framework of various contracts, etc.
Within the Standards, Methodologies and Studies Department lies the Quality sub-department for IT solutions. This unit's main missions are to:
- Develop a cross-functional quality approach (verification and validation) at the IT development organization level
- Manage quality based on user feedback and information to define and/or adapt reference documents
-Assist the business in the various steps involved in test coordination; ranging from support to operational implementation
-Develop a community of practice around the quality of IT solutions.
The need for methodological and organizational support for the business is regularly felt, especially for large projects or those involving greater risks. Often, it is the business itself that requests this support.
The mission is part of the program aimed at implementing Research grants in the SPW's cross-cutting grant management platform based on standardised, shared processes that are integrated with user counters as well as budgetary and accounting processes.
To meet a specific need for application test coordination, SPW Digital would like to increase the resources of its quality assurance unit. The current requirement is for someone capable of coordinating tests in the area of business application development. This resource will therefore be dedicated to the Research program and will handle cross-functional testing activities.
Mission objectives:
Based on the general methodology for organizing application testing, it is necessary to:
Participate in defining and developing the Quality policy for testing within the SPW
Promote quality-related actions, including the implementation of tools necessary for conducting tests such as master test plans, test plans, test scenarios, etc.
Collaborating with the requesters (reporting to the "business" departments) responsible for defining the needs that must be met by new applications or their adaptation and maintenance,
Participate in defining the testing strategy,
Coordinate and, if necessary, participate in the preparation of tests (design, support in writing) and in monitoring their execution,
Coordinate the implementation of test execution reports, the reporting of problems encountered, and the monitoring of their correction and implementation.
Define improvement action plans and monitor their implementation.
Supervise spot checks on the quality of deliverables submitted by service providers,
Define recommendations related to non-conformities and verify their proper implementation
Perform non-regression tests, manual and technical functional tests, and conformity tests.
To be able to support the IT tester in their mission
Collaborating on the production of the master test plan during the start of development projects,
Participate in the drafting of the test plan, test cases, ...
Define quality thresholds with the stakeholders and make them SMART via dashboards/reports.
Design and adapt the test schedule with the project team,
• Structure reports to track test execution and any problems encountered, and present a summary of what has been accomplished; • Participate in audits and produce detailed reports.
Prepare action plans for monitoring non-conformities and continuous improvement, and reports concerning their follow-up.
The purpose of this mission is to manage one or more projects within the "Research" program, under the coordination of the program manager and the relevant project manager.

The first project of the mission will be the TRORA project.
The TRORA application enables integrated management of grant applications for businesses involved in projects related to technological advancements, research, and energy-related fields. It serves as a central hub, handling everything from the initial submission of applications by prospective beneficiaries to the final payment of expenses for approved projects, encompassing administrative, technical, and accounting aspects.
The TRORA application is used by:
The Department of Financial Management (SPW EER);
The Department of Research (SPW EER);
The SPW TLPE (Energy Prime).
The application is obsolete; it must be replaced with a new application while maintaining and improving existing processes.
The ACM Service Centre will manage the service delivery and define the work priorities. These activities will be carried out in collaboration with the other teams within SPW Digital and the relevant departments.

The remaining candidates will be invited for an interview with a jury whose composition will be announced later.
The interview may be conducted remotely if circumstances require it.
