About the Role:
The Head of Finance will supervise a team in charge of day-to-day accounting, controlling, budgets, and more. Key responsibilities include establishing quarterly and year-end closings, preparing the organization's yearly financial statements, and acting as the point of contact during audits.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Establish quarterly and year-end closings

2. Prepare the organization's yearly financial statements

3. Act as the point of contact during audits

4. Assist in the preparation of tax returns

5. Oversee cash management

6. Evaluate compliance and review in-house control procedures

7. Supervise a mid-size team: trainings, evaluations, establish and review KPIs
">
8. Regular reporting to the organization's board and shareholders

9. Prepare yearly budgets, track and explain potential variances

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Fluency in English and French is also required. Additionally, you should have at least 10 years' experience, including experience in an executive/leadership role and in accounting.
