This role supports a large-scale HR digital transformation within a complex enterprise environment. As a Senior HR Business Analyst, you act as a subject-matter expert across SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and employee self-service solutions. You contribute from early definition through rollout, ensuring functional consistency, data quality, and smooth adoption of modern HR platforms.
The assignment combines strategic analysis, hands-on specification work, and active involvement in testing, migration, cutover, and hypercare phases.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the functional and technical analysis of SuccessFactors Employee Central within an existing SAP S/4HANA landscape
* Define and specify interfaces between SuccessFactors, SAP HR (PA, OM, Payroll, Time), and third-party systems
* Ensure continuity of payroll and time management during HR platform evolution
* Participate in functional workshops and translate business needs into clear specifications
* Support data migration activities, including mapping rules, data quality checks, and validation
* Prepare and execute pre-UAT and UAT, follow up defects, and support operational teams
* Contribute to cutover planning, rollout, training materials, and hypercare
* Lead the analysis of future ESS/MSS and HR Service & Support Management solutions
* Define HR processes, workflows, KPIs, SLAs, and support delivery models focused on efficiency
* Support tool selection, requirements documentation, and potential implementation of HRSSM solutions
What are we looking for?
* You have
10+ years of experience
as a
Business Analyst in HR environments
* You have
expert-level experience with SAP HR
(
ECC and S/4HANA
) covering
PA, OM, Payroll, and Time
* You have strong experience with
ESS/MSS solutions
, including workflow-based models
* You have proven experience with interfaces and integrations between HR systems
* You have hands-on experience contributing to large HR transformation projects, from analysis through rollout
* You have solid experience supporting testing phases, defect follow-up, cutover, and hypercare
* You are
native or bilingual in French OOOOR Dutch

professional working proficiency in English
