Who are we looking for?
Within our Customer Service department, you will play a key role in providing on-site technical support to installers and professional clients.
You will visit clients on location to analyze complex technical situations, resolve issues, and assist installers with the correct implementation of our solutions. Through your expertise and hands-on approach, you ensure that our systems function optimally.
Your responsibilities
Field Service – On-site technical support (Core focus)
* You carry out on-site technical interventions for installers and clients.
* You analyze complex technical situations and troubleshoot malfunctions or configuration issues in existing installations.
* You support installers with the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our systems.
* You provide proactive technical service and think along with clients to prevent future issues.
Technical expertise and knowledge sharing
* You build in-depth expertise in one or more technologies or products (such as Home Automation, Video Intercom systems, Energy Management, or HVAC integrations).
* You document solutions and insights to feed our internal Knowledge Base.
* You share your expertise by training colleagues and supporting them with complex technical queries.
Supporting the support organization
* You assist the Customer Service teams with complex technical cases.
* You handle technical questions via phone or email when in-depth analysis is required.
* You work with remote tools, data analysis, and system diagnostics.
* You maintain regular contact with Product Management and R&D to provide field feedback and help improve our products and services.
Profiel
* You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering, electronics, or IT (or equivalent through experience).
* You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in technical support or field service.
* You have hands-on experience with troubleshooting electrical installations.
* You have a strong affinity with Home Automation, Video Intercom systems, Energy Management, or HVAC.
* You have basic knowledge of networking and the A.R.E.I. (General Regulations for Electrical Installations).
* You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* You enjoy working independently on location but also thrive in a team environment.
* You communicate fluently and professionally with clients, installers, and internal teams.
* You have an excellent command of Dutch, French, and English.
* You are proficient in MS Office and various software systems.
