The Campaign & Event Specialist plays a key role in building the visibility and growth of AVIOBOOK’s brand and products through high-impact campaigns, compelling content, and engaging customer-facing initiatives. While the Product Marketing Manager defines the product’s positioning and messaging, the Campaign & Event Specialist ensures that this story comes to life across digital channels, events, and social platforms, driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

This role combines campaign execution, content development, and brand communication to support both customer acquisition and retention goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, paid media, social) to support awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals
* Execute the content marketing plan, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and customer stories, ensuring consistent voice and brand alignment
* Define the event strategy and coordinate participation in industry events, webinars, and customer-facing initiatives (including preparation, logistics, and post-event follow-up)
* Manage AVIOBOOK’s social media presence (organic), including planning, publishing, and monitoring of posts and stories in line with our brand narrative
* Support public relations activities by coordinating press releases, thought leadership contributions, and media outreach
* Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager and other important stakeholders such as Sales and Talent Acquisition to align campaign efforts with GTM priorities and market messaging

Key Projects You’ll Own

* Develop and execute the annual Event Planning
* Build a Customer Testimonial Content Plan
* Create a Lead Generation & Engagement Plan (including nurture flows, email marketing, and campaign performance)
* Build and maintain a Social Media Calendar and Stories Plan aligned with our brand narrative

What We’re Looking For

* 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably SaaS or tech), with a strong grasp of digital and content marketing.
* Hands-on experience managing campaigns, creating marketing content, running social media, and managing events.
* Strong copywriting and communication skills.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects at once.
