You handle the end-to-end process of reintegrating long-term absent employees back into the workforce.
You facilitate the recruitment process by gathering and communicating accurate information on new roles and positions.
You advise your colleagues on policy and job leveling frameworks, providing insights on promotions and market adjustments.
You guide offboarding processes, handling legal and administrative aspects with care and attention.
You ensure data quality and implementation of changes in SuccessFactors as a single source of key talent data.
What are we looking for?
You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
You have 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
You possess a solid understanding of HR Operations functions (HRIS, Compensation, Talent Acquisition).
You are excellent at adapting your communication style to fit different audiences.
You are proficient in English and French (other languages are a plus).
