In order to strengthen our Corporate HR Team, we are looking to recruit a Payroll Officer.



1. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for collecting time & attendance data as well as other data required for the monthly payroll cycle, liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure correct data collection;

2. Execute the payroll cycle correctly and in a timely manner;

3. Produce the required payroll reports and statistics for the respective stakeholders;

4. Perform administrative tasks related to social security obligations, accidents at work, insurances etc, in connection with payroll;

5. Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information;

6. Use and maintain the payroll application and guarantee its accuracy by performing regular controls;

7. Take care of the payroll processing of our expat community in consultation with our tax department;

8. Follow up on issues related to personnel files to ensure that the best possible service is offered to stakeholders (Internal employees, Managers & Directors);

9. Coordinate processes and procedures (which may include systems activities) and complete related analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness;

10. Perform reviews of existing processes and/or documentation to ensure appropriate standards and rules are applied. Identify and investigate anomalies, issues, or variances to be addressed.

Skills & Qualifications


11. Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience;

12. A first relevant experience within a payroll department gained at a major site or company and/or payroll services provider with diverse and complex payroll structures;

13. In depth knowledge and experience with payroll systems;

14. Ability to analyse and improve HR processes;

15. Good project management skills;

16. Fluent in Dutch, French and English;

17. Strong attention to details

18. Strong analytical skills (Critical thinker, strong with figures and analysing data, creative and a problem solver)

19. Discrete, punctual and precise;

20. Team player, self-driven, enthusiastic and takes initiatives;

21. Flexible and able to work autonomously
