We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client's HR team, leading critical strategic projects in the domains of job classification, compensation & benefits, and talent management. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in HR systems and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll coordinate the implementation of several HR strategic initiatives, including:
* A company-wide job classification, compensation, and performance evaluation system for employees and management
* The redesign and deployment of new complementary pension plans
* A transformation program focusing on talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and competency frameworks
You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of each project, from planning and preparation to execution and go-live:
* Define project scope, planning, and methodology
* Lead and coordinate workshops, follow up on actions, risks, and decisions
* Collaborate closely with business analysts, HR process owners, IT, finance, and internal communications teams
* Support union negotiations and participate in defining functional and technical solutions
Key Tasks
* Manage projects involving SAP-S/4HANA and SuccessFactors (PMGM module)
* Oversee functional changes in SAP HR modules: Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time, Payroll
* Coordinate implementation of a new performance management process in SAP SuccessFactors
* Lead the digitalisation of talent acquisition and development processes, aligned with corporate strategy and budget constraints
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 10 years of experience managing HR projects involving SAP HR and SuccessFactors
* Proven background as a business analyst in HR, with experience writing functional and technical specifications
* Experience with job classification systems impacting remuneration and performance
* Familiarity with collective labour agreements and pension systems
* Skilled in change management and negotiation with social partners
* Strong analytical, structured, and customer-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills across business and technical audiences
