IT Service Transformation Specialist

You will work alongside dedicated teams and consultants shaping the future of IT infrastructure in the energy sector.
Your Mission:
* Lead the Architecture Management stream within a broader transformation program.
* Create a scalable and efficient service management model by defining and analyzing IT processes, identifying gaps, and building a forward-looking roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct maturity assessments and as-is analyses.
* Lead workshops to define target maturity levels and ideal processes.
* Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and associated risks.
* Design and validate roadmap and action plans for implementation.
* Present key findings and recommendations to leadership.
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture.
* Strong background in IT Service Management and Infrastructure Services.
* Skilled in IT process design, assessment, and transformation.
* Hands-on experience in organizational development and turnaround projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
* Proactive, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to travel between Brussels and Berlin.
* Critical thinker with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
