About the Organization Our client is an internationally renowned professional services organization within the legal sector, with a strong presence across Europe. The IT function is centrally coordinated and consists of more than 100 IT professionals worldwide. Local offices are supported through a combination of on-site IT presence and centralized support teams.
For the Brussels office, we are currently looking to strengthen the local IT support capacity with a dedicated IT Support Analyst / Engineer. This role will serve as the primary IT point of contact on-site while being fully embedded in a broader regional and international IT structure.As an IT Support Analyst, you will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and deliver high-quality user support. You are visibly present in the office and combine hands-on technical support with a strong service-oriented mindset.
On-site IT SupportAct as the first point of contact for all IT-related questions and incidentsProvide 1st line and limited 2nd line supportSupport Microsoft environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)Support business and legal applications used within the organizationWorkplace & Infrastructure Support (execution-focused)Support meeting rooms, Teams Rooms, AV setups, and connectivity issuesManage IT equipment inventory (laptops, phones, peripherals)Escalate complex issues to regional or international IT teamsSupport implementation of centrally defined IT changes, updates, and rolloutsUser Support & Proactive RoleEnsure a visible, approachable IT presence in the officeSupport and guide users in their daily IT usageSupport internal training on IT tools and meeting room technologies
4–6 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles~ Comfortable working within international IT standards and processesInterest in new technologies and digital tools (including AI) is a plusLanguagesEnglish: requiredFrench and/or Dutch: strong advantage
