Your responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager within the Consumer Products team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the company’s licensing business in the video games and toys categories worldwide, which together represent a fast-growing part of the portfolio.
Category & Portfolio Management
Manage the global development of the video games and toys licensing categories
Oversee relationships with international licensees and partners
Develop and execute annual action plans aligned with the Head of Consumer Products
Ensure the sustainable development of the brand through carefully selected partnerships
International Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for licensees and agents
Supervise and coordinate a network of close to 10 international agents
Collect and consolidate market intelligence across territories and product categories
Represent the company at major international trade shows punctually
Business Development
Identify and secure new licensing opportunities within video games, toys, collectibles and adjacent categories
Prospect strategically while maintaining and growing an existing portfolio of partners
Negotiate commercial agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Monitor industry trends in gaming, toys and the wider licensing ecosystem
Project Ownership
Take full ownership of projects from prospecting to contract signature and product launch
Coordinate internally with legal, marketing and studio teams
Translate partner needs into creative and commercial opportunities
Ensure smooth execution and delivery of licensed products
Operational & Reporting Responsibilities
Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation of deals and contracts
Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with sales targets
Track licensing revenues and support invoicing follow-up with accounting
Provide regular reporting on portfolio performance and pipeline
Your profile
A first experience in account management in an international environnement, licensing, or international business development
Experience in consumer products, entertainment, retail, sport, lifestyle brands or similar industries is welcomed
Direct experience in gaming or toys is a plus but not mandatory
Strong relationship-building skills with international partners
Fluent in French and English is a must. Any other language is a plus.
