Contract and Supplier Managers (CSM) actively manage strategic electrical equipment suppliers and coordinate with internal stakeholders, primarily the project department. They represent to suppliers and vice versa.
Service objectives:
1. Ensure project execution aligns with contracts.
2. Act as Key Account Manager for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
3. Lead negotiations to resolve unforeseen situations or claims.
4. Promote continuous improvement through experience sharing.
5. Create opportunities and foster win-win situations.
6. Each CSM oversees categories of electrical equipment
Key responsibilities:
7. Manage supplier relationships through meetings and visits.
8. Support internal stakeholders on supplier-related issues.
9. Administer contracts and manage changes.
10. Assess and mitigate contract risks.
11. Oversee contract performance and claims management.
Profiel
12. Master in a technical-commercial field with real interest for technical aspects and projects or equivalent knowledge acquired with experience.
13. Excellent knowledge of English as it is the team’s communication language (min B2)
14. Excellent level of either French or Dutch. Good knowledge of the other language.
15. Medium seniority : min 5 years of experience in stakeholders management, contract management, category management, account management, strategic procurement, procurement
16. You have experience within the industry / energy sector
17. You are a fluent and assertive (not agressive) communicator
18. You are ready to travel (few times a year) to the suppliers’ factories (in Europe) or to our work sites

21. Place of work: Brussels Monnoyer - Full-time (40 hours per week)
