You own a client portfolio in the Technology sector and drive the full recruitment cycle. You develop new business, manage relationships and close placements, all while positioning yourself as the go-to partner for tech hiring in Brussels.
Prospect and develop a client portfolio in the IT/Tech B2B sector across Brussels
Cold call, pitch and convert : you're not waiting for leads to come to you
Run mandates end-to-end: client briefing, headhunting, interviews, presentation, offer management
Source and attract top tech profiles through direct approach, LinkedIn and your network
Advise clients on tech market trends, in-demand skills and salary benchmarks
Manage your pipeline with precision and follow every deal through to signature
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a B2B commercial role : recruitment, tech sales, business development or consulting
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold calling : rejection doesn't slow you down
Commercially driven, target-oriented and hungry for results
You build relationships fast and you know how to keep them
Bilingual French & English (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree minimum
Affinity with the tech sector is a plus, curiosity about it is a must
