Guylian, the iconic Belgian premium chocolate brand, is looking for a driven Area Manager Export – Americas & Asia Pacific to strengthen our international sales team.
In this role, you will be accountable for achieving sales objectives across dynamic export markets. You will drive distributor performance, execute regional business plans, and ensure strong commercial execution and brand presence across your territory.
What you’ll do:
· Translate regional sales targets into clear objectives for your territory.
· Develop and maintain strong, sustainable partnerships with distributors.
· Oversee market execution to maximize distribution, visibility, and brand presence.
· Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities through regular market visits.
· Provide field insights to support strategic decision-making.
· Track sales performance and take corrective actions where needed.
· Ensure consistent pricing and commercial agreements within budget guidelines.
· Manage accurate forecasting, trade investments, and reporting.

What you’ll bring:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in handling distributors (FMCG Food is a plus).
· Experience in international business with a solid understanding of global markets.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Strong skills in business planning, sales execution, and market analysis.
· Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
· Willingness to travel regularly to North and South America and the Asian region.
