Duties and Responsibilities

* Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for management meetings.

* Leasing Car Administration: Oversee the administration of car leasing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Visitor and Travel Management: Coordinate visitor arrivals, manage travel arrangements, and ensure seamless logistics for business trips.
* General Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, responding to ad-hoc requests and resolving issues promptly.
Essential Qualifications
