We are looking for a collaborative, service-driven, and forward-thinking HRIS Lead to join us in our Talent (Human Resources) team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will lead the delivery of reliable, user-focused talent technology and data services across the full employee lifecycle. You will ensure talent systems, data, and reporting are accurate, compliant, and continuously improving. Acting as the bridge between business teams and technical partners, you will shape technology evolution, strengthen data quality, and enable a consistent employee experience globally.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a global Human Resources environment, partnering closely with functional experts, process owners, digital technology colleagues, external partners, and local talent teams. You will also lead and develop a dedicated services team, fostering a strong service mindset and a culture of continuous improvement while supporting colleagues across regions.
What you’ll do
• Lead and evolve global talent systems to ensure they remain fit for purpose, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
• Partner with digital technology teams to deliver system upgrades, integrations, and controlled functional releases.
• Ensure high data quality through governance, validation, reporting accuracy, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Oversee daily support for global talent tools, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction for countries and employees.
• Drive operational excellence through incident management, service levels, and continuous productivity improvements.
• Coach and develop a global services team, building future-ready skills and strong service capabilities.

For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
• Master’s degree with extensive experience in human resources technology, operations, or data services in a global environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and services within complex, matrix-based organisations.
• Strong knowledge of talent processes, human resources systems, and data governance practices.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with technology teams and external service providers.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, service metrics, and continuous improvement methods.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to adapt style across cultures and stakeholders.
