We are seeking a seasoned professional to support a senior executive in their daily tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work in a traditional and formally organized environment, where discretion, trustworthiness, and professional maturity are key.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling international travel, preparing presentations, handling confidential correspondence, planning meetings and events, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on various tasks. They will also provide occasional support with private matters such as travel and appointments.

This is a classic PA role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, have at least 10 years of experience in a similar PA or EA role, and have previously supported a C-level executive.


Key Responsibilities

* Proactive calendar management and scheduling across time zones
* Organizing and rebooking international travel
* Preparing and proofreading presentations and briefing materials
* Handling confidential correspondence in French and English
* Planning internal and external meetings and events
* Taking meeting minutes when needed and ensuring follow-up
* Managing expenses, invoices, and administrative follow-up
* Occasional support with private matters


Requirements

* Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
* At least 10 years of experience in a similar PA or EA role
* Prior experience supporting a C-level executive
* Ability to work in a structured and formal work culture
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Able to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
