Expected Deliverables

Role & Responsibilities
* Product & Process Adaptation Collaborate with product owners to adapt life insurance offerings and customer documentation in line with new regulations. Ensure POG guidelines are applied consistently.
* Project Leadership & Delivery Manage end‐to‐end delivery of regulatory projects, including planning, timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Regulatory Translation & Impact Analysis Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable product and process changes.
* Risk & Compliance Alignment Work closely with compliance and risk teams to validate scope and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
* Reporting & Communication Provide regular updates to senior management and regulatory bodies. Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and governance committees.
Expected Profile
Knowledge:
* At least 10 years of experience in project or product management within life insurance or financial services
* Strong understanding of Belgian/EU regulatory frameworks (FSMA, NBB, Solvency II, IDD)
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus

* Proven track record in delivering product‐related regulatory projects on time and within budget
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to translate complex regulations into practical product solutions
* Analytical, detail‐oriented, and problem‐solving mindset
