Responsibilities
Job Description
1. Management of personnel files for employees and workers
2. Management of HR systems such as time registration, payroll, and SuccessFactors
3. Responsible for daily monitoring of time registration, including day‑to‑day management and workforce planning
4. Responsible for data processing in the corporate HR system (such as SuccessFactors)
5. Administration related to illness, workplace accidents, insurance, training leave (VOV), social benefits, and unemployment
6. Creating and following up HR purchase orders
7. Control and analysis of personnel figures and salary costs
What we are looking for
8. Bachelor’s degree in HR management or personnel work, or equivalent through experience
9. Thorough knowledge of social legislation, labor law, and collective labor agreements (CAOs)
10. Strong knowledge of payroll and time‑registration software
11. Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting tools, with strong analytical skills
12. Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems
13. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
14. Strong communication skills
