The role is based in one of our Benelux site, Tongeren (BE) or Panningen (NL) and will require frequent travel across the region. ResponsibilitiesThis position plays a key role in Aliaxis' marketing strategy. You will drive the sales of selected products within a specific segment and manage all related activities throughout the product lifecycle, aligned with the overall roadmap and category strategy. Design and implement product strategies in line with the company's vision Oversee the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept to successful market launch Define pricing, improve margins, and streamline the product portfolio in alignment with segment and category strategy Identify trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities through in-depth analysis and "Voice of the Customer" insights Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Production to ensure smooth product management processes Provide expert support to the sales team on products, applications, and solutions Develop and maintain a targeted marketing mix and create impactful communication and training materials Requirements Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering Preferably 5 years of experience in B2B(2C) product management, ideally in an international environment and within the building segment Proven experience in market analysis, business development, and product strategy Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking Good organizational and communication skills High level of self-responsibility and team orientation Trilingual in English, French, and Dutch is considered a plus What We OfferWe offer a unique opportunity to join a European (Belgian) global company with a very international & collaborative culture that is transforming dynamically and that is committed to its future growth, service excellence and employee engagement.
