More specifically, you will:
Technical Expertise:
* Experience leading a project and technically guiding team members.
* Experience in delivering SW solutions to the market.
* Proficiency in relevant software tools and programming languages (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++, Python).
* Understanding of sensing technologies (e.g., current, voltage, position, speed) and motor drive principles (e.g., AC/DC drives, servo drives, BLDC motors).
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, ISO, UL).
Customer Interaction:
* Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific application requirements and challenges.
* Conduct needs assessments, feasibility studies, and proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.
* Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Design and Development:
* Design and develop system‑level solutions that meet customer requirements, optimize performance, and ensure reliability.
* Select appropriate hardware and software components, including sensors, microcontrollers, and motor drives.
* Develop and test prototypes and perform system integration.
Technical Documentation:
* Create technical documentation such as application notes, white papers, and user manuals.
* Prepare presentations and conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams.
Technical Support:
* Provide technical support to customers during the installation, commissioning, and operation of their systems.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Research and Development:
* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in sensing and motor drive technologies.
* Conduct research and development activities to explore new applications and improve existing solutions.
