Security Engineer Role
This position plays a vital role in identifying and addressing security threats to protect our customers' sensitive data. The Security Triage Engineer is responsible for detecting and notifying security incidents within the network environment.
### Key Responsibilities
• Analyze security events in real-time to determine their legitimacy and potential impact.
• Collaborate with incident response teams to investigate and contain security breaches, minimizing their effects on organizational assets.
• Develop and maintain threat intelligence sources to stay updated on the latest cyber threats, attack vectors, and industry trends.
### Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in information security, network security, or cybersecurity roles, focusing on threat hunting, incident response, or security analysis.
• Deep technical knowledge of networking protocols, server/client infrastructure, firewalls, IDS/IPS, UTM, WAF, and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with cloud services, IaaS, endpoint security, SaaS, and collaboration tools is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
