Your Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you are the primary point of contact for your clients. You combine commercial relationship management, complex project steering, and revenue development.
You work closely with internal teams and always remain focused on customer service, quality, and profitability.
You join a close-knit and collaborative team, composed of Account Managers, Sales Coordinators, project managers, and interior designers.

Your Responsibilities
Sales Management and Business Development
* Manage and develop a portfolio of clients (key accounts)
* Increase revenue through prospecting and retention (Hunting and Farming)
* Attend key trade shows and events in Belgium and Europe (a few months a year, maximum 3 days per month)
* Identify market opportunities and contribute to the sales strategy
Client Relationship & Project Management
* Be the client's primary point of contact
* Understand brand challenges, needs, and constraints
* Ensure client satisfaction (budget, quality, deadlines)
* Manage complex projects in collaboration with: project managers / sales coordinators / design, production, and logistics teams
Organization & Follow-up
* Enter and track client files in Odoo
* Ensure administrative rigor (briefs, quotes, follow-up, CRM)
* Manage short, high-intensity periods
* Implement clear and structured reporting
On-site
* Occasional on-site presence is required for some clients
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
* 8 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in event, communication agency, advertising, marketing, or similar environments
* Proven sales skills demonstrated by a track record
* Solid experience in pitch management and client briefing
* Ability to quickly understand client challenges and build trust
* Ability to advocate for the client internally
* Confirmed experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams on complex projects
* Proficiency in key account management and high-visibility environments
* Driven by the desire to deliver the same quality of execution for both small and large-scale projects.
* Excellent ease with high-level contacts (key accounts, decision-makers)
* Strong results orientation and ability to thrive with high revenue targets
Languages
* Bilingual French / Dutch
* Good knowledge of English
