Your Role
Join us as a
SAP experienced CRM Consultant
and help us being the trusted advisor accompanying our clients on their transformation journey to a more successful, sustainable, and innovative future, bringing in-depth business and technology as well as transformation expertise.
For several of our customers in the Flemish region of Belgium we are looking to strengthen our CRM team with an
experienced CRM consultant
. Your role will be to help challenge and
define the implementation scope
and approach, to bring best practices and pitfalls from previous experiences and to
implement functional solution
, in coordination with our other consultants and the development team. You should also be able to quickly assess the customer's needs, propose a standard-first solution and advice the project manager, solution architect and functional team.
As an experienced consultant, you will coach one or more junior consultants and train them (either in classroom or on the job) in CRM and general consulting skills.
You wiork with clients to translate complex business challenges into IT requirements
* Design sustainable solutions based on SAP's latest technologies
* Assist clients and implement, test, and deliver solutions together with your colleagues
* Coach, train & support junior consultants in the process
Your Profile
Experience
* Experience in customizing and implementing SAP CRM processes
* Knowledge of SAP CRM on premise
* Knowledge of SAP S/4 Service
* Knowledge SAP CX suite is an asset
* Preferably 5 or more years of experience in ISU
Skills
* Good business knowledge, able to understand client's expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP
* Strong analytical/conceptual way of thinking: focus on down to earth, fit for purpose solutions
* Leading workshops and defining fitting business solutions based on SAP standard processes
* (Very) good knowledge of English and Dutch
