The District Manager will have the following responsibilities :
* Full steering of the store network to ensure commercial performance and achievement of targets.
* In‑depth P&L management, including profitability, margins, payroll costs, productivity, and operational expenses.
* Monitoring of key KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, average basket, sales index, units per transaction, perfect basket, and market share.
* Daily field presence with regular store visits, on‑the‑ground support, and team development.
* Recruitment activities, conducting individual interviews, regular check‑ins, and upskilling of teams.
* Guaranteeing operational excellence, including safety standards, processes, shrink management, and execution of the retail commercial calendar.
* Analysis of brand performance, administrative management, and reporting workflows.
* Similar previous experience managing a store network
* Retail experience and genuine interest in the beauty universe.
* A challenger mindset with a passion for people, collaboration, and team development.
* Strategic thinker able to navigate ambiguity and understand business challenges.
* Open personality, dynamic, proactive, analytical and action‑oriented.
* French fluency required with a good level of Dutch.
